How do I join NW Campus Dining Rewards?
It’s easy! Just download the Transact app and you’ll see NW Campus Dining Rewards there. You’re automatically enrolled and will begin earning points on your next meal purchase through the app. If you’ve already downloaded the Transact app, you’re all set. Just place your next order and purchase through the app to earn your points!
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 20 points for every purchase through the app at any participating on-campus dining locations. The Transact app works with your debit or credit card and dining dollars, but keep in mind your meal must be at least $5 to earn points. You’ll see the participating dining locations where you can earn NW Campus Dining Rewards points in the Transact app. Just place your mobile order, purchase it through the mobile app, and you’ll earn 20 points.
Want to earn points faster?
If you upgrade from the base meal plan to either Gold Plan UNL 7 Days 250 DB or Platinum Plan UNL 7Days 300 DB, you’ll earn 30 points for every purchase through the app at any participating on-campus dining location.
Can I earn points if I order in-restaurant?
You must order and pay for your meal through the Transact app in order to earn points. In the future, we may expand the NW Campus Dining Rewards program where you can earn points for in-restaurant purchases, but for now, you must order and pay for your meal in advance through the app. Now, if you want to do that in the restaurant, that’s up to you. You just have to order and pay through the app to earn the points.
How do I redeem my rewards?
For every 300 points you earn, you’ll automatically get a one-time $5 valued coupon loaded to your Transact account. The coupon will be automatically applied to your next mobile order of $5 or more placed at a participating NW Campus Dining Rewards dining location. How easy is that?!
Where are points from last semester go?
In order to pilot a new, exciting rewards program here at Northwest Missouri State we had to reset your point balance. In this new loyalty program you earn and redeem points differently than in the past so we are starting fresh. Moving forward, your points will expire at the end of each semester.
Can I use multiple Rewards in one order?
Not currently. You can use one reward per order. But don’t let that stop you from racking up those rewards!
How do I keep track of my points and rewards available?
The Transact app provides you with your current points earned (not redeemed for a reward yet), and points remaining to your next $5 Reward. The app also highlights available rewards you’ve yet to redeem. Keep in mind that your Rewards will be automatically applied to your next mobile order of $5 or more with a NW Campus Dining Rewards participating dining location.
Do points or rewards expire?
Yes. All good things must come to an end. Points and rewards expire at the end of the Northwest Missouri State’s Fall Semester.
How long will NW Campus Dining Rewards be available?
Great question. NW Campus Dining Rewards is a trial program. We will be getting your feedback, making adjustments, and evolving the program to improve it and make it even more rewarding for you.
